Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by email to ask@xluzaringrchulir.world or by post to: Xluzaringrchulir.world, Bayerstraße 27, 80335 München, Germany. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Refund

We will reimburse you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within a reasonable time. We will replace the product or provide a full refund at our discretion.
